Carolanne is the Chief Information Technology Officer at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) which is a nonprofit organization that provides a broad array of management services and technical assistance specifically tailored to meet the needs of local behavioral health, social and human service departments, state agencies, and community-based organizations across New York State, and beyond.
She has a BS degree in computer science from SUNY Brockport and a Master’s degree in Software Development and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. She’s a big supporter of women and young people in the computing field, presenting at the Grace Hooper Women in Computing Conference and serving as a judge for website and gaming development at the annual NYS Future Business Leaders of America Competition.
Being CITO for a mid-size organization that runs a lean IT team never has a dull moment. On any given day, she’s head troubleshooter, software solutions guru, and protector of corporate security. Her main goals are to ensure her employees have the applications and technology they need to do their jobs easily and efficiently and make sure the IT strategy aligns with our overall organizational priorities so we can plan ahead and prepare for change and growth.
