Ticketing Workflow with iPaaS

We have developed an iPaaS flow that can be called from a workflow step in any of our ticketing applications to automatically move a ticket from one application to another without the the user needing to have access to both apps. This is an improvement over previous approaches because one iPaaS flow can handle it all and deployment to other applications does not require additional coding and can be done by staff who are less-technical.
