This session will expand the possible uses of iPaaS beyond only being used as an integration platform between systems, to using iPaaS as a tool to enhance overall customer experience. Topics we will cover include: leveraging iPaaS and workflow together for better communication through email, requests for additional information with forms, and SMS with Twilio. We will touch on integrating with Microsoft Teams to post information to channels for group communications, and talk about leveraging iPaaS and TeamDynamix forms to replace third-party forms for a more cohesive customer experience.
