Creating a Knowledge Management Hub Using TeamDynamix

This session describes the implementation of a new Knowledge Management Program at Tarrant County College, and how TDX is the hub of for the program. We will discuss the challenges overcome, best practices learned, the benefits received, and how the College’s use of TDX enabled the discovery, storage, sharing, accessibility, and preservation of knowledge. Additionally, the session communicates how the KM Program implemented a knowledge storage matrix, taxonomy model, process mapping, trainings, and a website to further enable the KM Program.
