Adopting ITIL with TeamDynamix

UTHSC Information Technology Services spent several months preparing both its staff and the campus to adopt ITIL IT service management (ITSM) processes and TeamDynamix. This included ITIL training, an extensive organizational change campaign to migrate from another ITSM tool to TDX, and deployment of both existing and new service management processes. We would like to share the big success our small project team, in conjunction with IT staff and customers, had in deploying TDX; the positive results we have achieved with our initial rollout; and our future plans for continual improvement and growth.
