TDX CONVERGE CHEAT SHEET

Here is all you need to do to attend the TDX CONVERGE Virtual Summit!

Step 1: Register

  • There is no fee for this year’s virtual event, so all you need to do is REGISTER HERE!
  • If you already registered for the in-person event this year, you were automatically registered for the Virtual Summit.

Step 2: Download the TDX CONVERGE App or Access the Desktop App

  • Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “TDX CONVERGE”
    •  Use the email you registered with to log in. 
    • Once you register, you will be given access to the App. This may take up to 2 business days.
  • Or, go to the desktop app. You will receive an email with the password to access the site once your registration is approved!
  • The only way to access the live sessions is in the App. You can access the agenda through the mobile or desktop version (but we prefer desktop).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I can't get into the TDX CONVERGE Mobile App- what should I do?

Once you register, you’re email has to be manually added to the Socio App. Once this is done, you will be notified by email, and you can create a password using the email you used to register for the event. 

When will each session start?

Each session is happening live, so join the webinar a few minutes before the start time indicated in the agenda to attend!

Where is the live session link?

The links to join each session can be found in the TDX CONVERGE app (both mobile and desktop). 15 minutes before each session start time, the links will go live, and you will be able to click a blue button that says “Join Live Stream” to join!

What if I already registered for the in-person TDX CONVERGE in Boise?

If you registered for in-person event, you were automatically registered for the Virtual Summit!

You have two options for your paid registration:

1. You can request a refund. Do this through the link in your Eventbrite order confirmation, or by emailing [email protected]

2. Save your tickets for TDX CONVERGE 2021, taking place in Boise, ID on June 28-30, 2021. To save your tickets, no action is required – we will take care of this for you!
